How do I know if it’s time for a new roof?

Is there a time of year or season that is better for roof repairs and replacements? 

We install and repair roofs year-round. However, if you are planning for a future roof replacement, the ideal time of year is during the fall season when tempuratures are still above 40 degrees.

While it may save you a little bit of money upfront, it also covers up any potential probelms that could cause larger, more expensive issues down the road.  We start your roof replacement with a clean slate and ensure that your roof is installed correctly, the first time.
